Delivery
We aim to deliver your order to your doorstep within 18 days of receipt of your payment (UK Mainland only), 24 days for European Union, 28 days USA, Australia, Canada and the Rest of the World although it is usually quicker than this. To customers living outside the UK and the European Union - you may have to pay import tax on your order depending on the tax laws in your country. New Life Shirts and its owners will not take responsibility for payment of any import tax and payment will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Our delivery charges are as follows:-
Delivery costs to UK Mainland and Europe are included in the price, if ordering outside of Europe please add £5 when making your payment via Paypal.
Orders from outside the UK.
New Life shirts can only accept a payment from a country outside the UK if it is made via PAYPAL.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive your products from us in an unsatisfactory condition we will give you a full refund, this does not cover malicious or willful damage by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights. We do not normally refund the cost of Postage and Packing. All returns must reach us within 10 days of receiving your goods, anything posted to us after this period will not be refunded.
Privacy Policy
New Life Shirts do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

New Life Shirts use the services of PAYPAL to process all Credit and Debit card transactions although we as a website are confident of the security systems put in place by PAYPAL and it’s owners we in no way take responsibility for any loss sustained by our customers through using their services. You do not need to be a member of PAYPAL in order to use their service. New Life Shirts are in no way affiliated with PayPal.
